GENERAL INFORMATION
Check-In will be from 7:00am located at the Equestrian Victoria Reception. ALL riders are required to check-in. If you have entered under a HRCAV you will be required to present your HRCAV cards at check-in.
All riders will receive all allocated identification number for this event only. Riders are to supply their own numbers
DRESSAGE INFORMATION
- Please be aware that this year’s Masters Games Dressage Competition will be electronically scored. Rider’s can find their results online via the nominate scoreboard website and App. Upon completion of each dressage class, dressage tests are emailed to the competitor (sent to email address provided on the entry form).
- It is important that riders are aware that no paper tests will be available. There will be a viewing device made available in the event office.
- Dressage rings will be run in draw number. ALL riders will be allocated their own EVENT SPECIFIC identification number. Riders are to supply their own numbers.
- Dressage Tests can be found via equestrian.org.au/dressage-rules
COMBINED TRAINING INFORMATION
- Please be aware that this year’s Masters Games Combined Training Competition will be electronically scored. Rider’s can find their results online via the nominate scoreboard website and App. Upon completion of each dressage class, dressage tests are emailed to the competitor (sent to email address provided on the entry form).
- It is important that riders are aware that no paper tests will be available. There will be a viewing device made available in the event office.
- Per the National Evening Rules, ALL combined training competitors must have their helmet tagged prior to competing. Helmet tagging will be available between 7:00am – 9:00am at Event Check-In. Please bring your helmet with you at time of check-in.
- A whip is not allowed entering the space around the arena and during the dressage test. No callers of dressage tests are allowed.

JUMPING INFORMATION
- Please be aware that this year’s Masters Games Jumping Competition will be electronically scored. Rider’s can find their results online via the nominate scoreboard website and App.
- Jumping will run in draw order. ALL riders will be allocated their own EVENT SPECFIC Identification number. Riders are to supply their own numbers.
- Approximate start times for each round will be given. Please note times are subject to change and it is the responsibility of the rider to ensure they are up to date on the ring schedule after the commencement of the first rider.
- Competitors competing under HRCAV membership must present their card at check-in and not compete above their graded height.
- Presentations for each round will occur off-horse after championship scores have been published.

The Off the Track program aims to facilitate the placement of retired thoroughbred racehorses in second careers by promoting the network of Racing Victoria Acknowledged Retrainers across the state, driving demand for the breed as performance and pleasure horses and educating the community about the various life after racing options, versatility of use, and the appropriate care and retraining of the thoroughbred.
